Rotary vibrating screen adopts counter weight mounted on the upper and lower motor shaft end, driving the motor rotation movement into horizontal, vertical, inclined three dimensional movement, then transfer the movement to the screen mesh surface. Different phase angles result to different screening effect. Customers also can adjust the proper phase angle according to the needs, but what shall we do to adjust the proper phase angle to meet our needs?
1. Phase angle of 0 degree: material moves from the center line and flows to the circumferential direction in straight line. This is mainly used for coarse screening
2. Phase angle of 15 degrees : the material begins to do swirling motion. This is mainly used for common screening.
3.Phase angle of 45 degrees: materials move as the longest swirling motion. This is mainly used for screening of precision material, high cohesion materials and material with large moisture content.
4.Phase angle above 90 degrees: materials move together to the center. This is mainly used for special screening purposes.
Normally the phase angle is 45 degrees before leaving factory, customers can adjust the angle according to the need.
