Different Installation Methods and Characteristics of Linear Vibrating Screen Motor

Linear vibrating screen is dual-vibration motor drive. Two synchronous motors are reversely placed so that the exciter generate reverse excitation force, the exciting force generated by eccentric block cancel each other out on the parallel direction of motor axis, and stack together with the perpendicular direction of motor axis, so its trajectory is linear. But what is the different characteristics of different motor installation methods?

1.Installation on the bottom
Vibrating motor installed on the bottom is not only safe and reliable but also will save a space. But the effective sieving area and the capacity will decrease if installed on the bottom, which would affect the screening efficiency and production progress.

 

2.Installation on both sides
Motor installed on both sides can decrease the height of the linear vibrating screen. When there is a certain limitation from materials discharging outlet to the ground, you can adopt this of installation.

 

3.Installation on the top
Vibrating motor installed on the top it is a best way to help customer effectively solve the problem if there is limitation to linear vibrating screen outlet height and width.
