2.Classify material:Before screening more flake-like material, what we should do is chaging the way to crush material; if the material size is small and it contains more pelitic material, we need to pay much attention to water content.

Trial Run of Linear Vibrating Screen

When finished the installation of linear vibrating screen, check the fastening situation of bolts, and the relative positions of inlet, outlet and upper ,lower processing equipment to ensure no crash.

(1)Confirm the electric wiring is well connected.
 

(2)Trial run should go ahead about 8 hours, and check all parameters of screen in operation according to the technical requirements. Such as whether the amplitude is reach specified value, amplitudes on corresponding points of screen box are conform, and the deviation should not exceed 1-2mm, and the voice should be lower than 85dB. When trial run in 4 hours, temperature of bearing is rising, and keep balance. In general, temperature of bearing shouldn’t be higher than 40℃, if there is a highly rising of the temperature, stop the machine and find reason. After trial run 4 hours, stop the machine and check all tightening bolts. If the trial run is normal, and can confirm the installation of linear vibrating screen is qualified.

(3)Increasing the feeding volume gradually when the machine is came into use, and checking the screening effect. If it is good, increasing feeding volume continuously until reach the rated output. When the machine is produced well, the exciting force is not the biggest, if the amplitude reduces in trial run and the screening effect is not good, take the shields apart, which are in the two sides of motor, increase the contact ratio of two eccentric blocks to increase the power. Ensure the contact ratios of two eccentric blocks are totally conform.

How to adjust rotary vibrating screen eccentric block?

 1. Adjust the eccentric block phase angle (the upper and lower eccentric block vertical stagger angle),which can change the material movement and residence time on the screen cloth. In order to make the screen machine meet the demand of separation status for various materials, such as material distribution, hourly output, screening efficiency, screening percentage changes, we need to adjust the eccentric block angle to the best condition.

 

2.For unchangeable angle of rotary vibrating screen, open the barrels bottom adjusting aperture, loosen fixed bolt of the lower eccentric block, adjust the phase angle of upper and lower weight in the opposite direction according to the required screening materials movement. Then put a small amount of material on the screen cloth and make the machine run. When you are checking the screen surface materials trajectory, if processing parameters all reach the best effect, stop the screen and tighten the bolt, adjustment is finished(Please be sure to tighten the bolt well).

3.Additional eccentric block adjustment. There are additional heavy weights on the side of upper and lower eccentric blocks,the main effect is to increase the output vibration force of rotary vibrating screen, you can increase and reduce the exciting force according to the different screen layer numbers and different material proportion which will make the screen reach the best sieving effect.

How to Replace Screen Mesh Cloth of Rotary Vibrating Screen?

There will be screen mesh damage or irregularity phenomenon if rotary vibrating sieve has been used for a long period of time, thus we need to replace screen mesh cloth, the method is shown as follows:
1. First loosen the screw of rotary vibrating screen clamp by wrench, take down the upper frame, then you can take down the damaged screen mesh cloth and put on a new mesh cloth.

2. Put the new mesh cloth smoothly on the coarse mesh cloth, then press the fine mesh cloth on the net rack by tension strip ,tighten the tension strip by using a cross screwdriver, when you are in the process of gradually tightening ,you can tension the fine mesh cloth evenly lightly by hand all round, thus the well tighten fine mesh cloth will be very flat and tight which will increase material screening percentage and achieve the ideal screening effect.

3.After the fine screen mesh cloth is well packed, leave 2 centimeters of extra mesh cloth around, then cut off the rest of them.

4. Reput the clamp between the two screen frame, tap the clamp by soft rubber hammer while tight it ,thus the bolt will be more tight. Till now the whole screen mesh cloth replacement is finished.
Note: when feeding the rotary vibrating screen, please do remember material feeding must be well-proportioned and don not feed too much material one time, otherwise it will not only affect the screening effect but also will shorten the service life of the rotary vibrating screen.

What Shall We do to Solve Slow Material Discharging of Rotary Vibrating Screen ?

When we handle material in our daily life, we may encounter such situation : material discharging is slow. It may cause by the reasons as following aspects:
1. Check whether the screen mesh cloth and impurity removal is level or not, or if it is over height, normally it should be higher than about 5 mm, the discharging outlet design is different according to different material types.

2.During operation, check the screen mesh surface or if the discharging outlets are in the level, this has direct relation to the sieving effect. If it is not level, please adjust timely. Rotary vibrating screen is equipped with supporting foundation bolt before leaving factory, customers can adjust the rotary vibrating screen in the level and lower it properly by adjusting the foundation bolt.

3.Besides, the key point is to adjust vibration motor upper and lower eccentric block angle, smaller angle can make the material distribute and spread outwards fast, on the contrary, larger angle will make it slow .Adjustment of the eccentric block vibration motor angle should be around 5 degrees, if you have strict requirements on screening accuracy, the angle should not be too small, otherwise the material will spread outward quickly which is not good to the screening effect. Usually ,the angle of rotary vibrating screen motor upper and lower eccentric block angle is 45 ° before leaving factory.

Notes of Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen before Using

Ultrasonic vibrating screen is a new sieving equipment compared with rotary vibrating screen, now PK Machinery will introduce the notes before using in details.

1.The input voltage of ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply is AC 220 V, ultrasonic power output is led by case back panel connection box, the red one is "+".When wiring, please pay attention to the voltage polarity, wrong wiring is not allowed.

2.In the condition of meeting the production requirements, lower power grade is better. Maximum current shouldn’t exceed 0.4.

3.When net rack is without load (the net rack is no tension), please do not start up the ultrasonic generator, otherwise it will cause overflow of power and damage of net rack and the oscillator.

4.Screen mesh must be tight, otherwise it will affect the ultrasonic output and the effect of vibration.

5.Oscillator aviation plug docking screws must be tightened and wrapped with insulating tape well, thus it will prevent dust .During operation, please pay attention to protect the connector.

6.Check whether the screw nut of oscillator and cable plug nut is tightened well or not before using, as well as the screw nut of oscillator and the net rack. In process of operation, pay attention to the protection of case and oscillator cables, cables and oscillator socket should be anti-moisture ,no water is allowed to enter in the connection plug and socket.

7.If the material is conductive, please extend the ultrasonic wire, stay the ultrasonic resonance power away from the screening site in order to prevent the material into the power case causing short-circuit.

8. When replace the screen mesh, scraping the residual gum of inner ring (resonance loop) with a sharp wallpaper knife, please do not grind by grinder wheel in order to prevent damage of resonance loop.

9.Each unit of ultrasonic generator includes a resonant power supply, an oscillator and a net rack. Please recognize each part clearly and don't mix with other ultrasonic generator.

Linear vibrating screen is dual-vibration motor drive. The Effective Way to Install the Screen Mesh of Linear Vibrating Screen

A. Please pay attention to the coarser mesh size, because the installation of the linear vibrating screen mesh is relatively complicated.
B. When cutting the mesh, keep the screen width and rack width the same, the length must be 50-70 mm longer than net rack.

 

C. When installing the mesh, please tight the screen mesh, because screen mesh tightness is one of the important factors that affects the screening efficiency.
D. When add the bouncing balls, it is important to check the screening difficulty of materials, please don’t add bouncing balls without consideration.
E. If material density or mesh size is superfine, you should install an extra screen mesh with a suitable size under the screen mesh, its purpose is to support the upper screen mesh, and reduce the material pressure to screen mesh and prolong the service life.

 

F. After finishing installing the net rack on the screen box as per requirement, do remember to put the extra screen mesh into the corresponding discharging outlet to avoid material mixing phenomenon.
G. After whole installation finishes, you should test run with few materials to check the material distribution and screening efficiency. If material moves forward evenly and classify accurately, no material mixing phenomenon, then the machine can be put into use. On the other contrary, if there is material off tracking , accumulation or uneven phenomenon, you should adjust the screen surface roughness and uniformity .If there is material mixing phenomenon, you should check whether screen mesh sealing is tight nor not, but if there is uneven material conveying or material mixing phenomenon, you should adjust the linear vibrating screen correspondingly.

What shall we do if YK circular vibrating screen bearing gets hot ?

The working principle of YK circular vibrating screen: it needs exciting force to drive the sieve surface, then it will generate a certain frequency and amplitude which makes the material screened on the sieve surface and get different sizes of material. But in the process of operation, the exciter rotating speed will slow down and the bearing will get hot, if you have such problem, please send the operator to stop the machine and inspect it immediately to ensure the normal operation of circular vibrating screen.

 

YK Circular vibrating screen exciter drives the symmetrical eccentric block structure rotates at a high speed, when the eccentric block falls off after working for a long time or eccentric block size gets inconsistent, it will lead to abnormal speed. So we need to replace the eccentric block timely to ensure same eccentric block sizes and balanceable running .When circular vibrating screen bearings rotate at an abnormal speed, it is easy to occur friction and temperature rise.
When YK circular vibrating screen bearing lacks of lubricating oil or the lubricating oil additive does not comply with the equipment requires ,the sealing device will get blocked, the temperature rising value will exceed specified range. So we need to inspect the equipment lubrication system to ensure it is clean enough, if there is blocking phenomenon, please take down the bearing and clean thoroughly. If sealing gasket gets broken or bearing gets worn, please replace sealing gasket and bearing timely, readjust the circular vibrating screen and start the screening operation .

The Installation and Maintenance of Vibrating Feeder

1. The vibrating feeder is used for dosing, quantitative feeding to ensure uniform and stable feeding and to prevent material flow automatically, the vibrating feeder should be horizontal installed; For general material continuous feeding, it can be installed down-dip 10; For viscous material or material with larger water content ,the vibrating feeder can be installed down-dip 15.

2. After installation, it should leave with 20 mm of interval for vibrating feeder, the suspension device adopts flexible connection.

 

 

3. Before test run, all bolts should be tighten up, especially the anchor bolt of vibration motor, it shall be retightened after continuously operation for 3 to 5 hours .

4. The two vibrating motors must rotate in reverse during test run, if there is any abnormal phenomenon, please stop immediately and solve the problem.

5. During operating, the amplitude, current of vibration motor and surface temperature of motor should be regularly checked . The front and back amplitude must be uniform and no side shaking, the current of vibrating motor should be stable, if there is any abnormal phenomenon, please stop immediately and solve the problem.

 

 

6. The lubrication of vibration motor bearing is the key point for the normal operation of the whole feeding machine. The second-rate molybdenum 2 # grease should be refilled periodically on the bearing, normally fill the grease every two months, and fill once a month during the high temperature season. The motor should be repaired every six months to change the internal bearing.

1. Rotation of vibration motor becomes slow, bearing heating, if this kind of problem appears, add the lubricating oil or grease to solve it.

 2. Clogging of screen mesh, it may due to the increase of moisture content in sieve material, it may also due to loosen of both side screen mesh, the solution is to adjust the belt and shaft eccentricity distance.

 3. Vibrating screen fails to start, you should check for the accumulation of dust and impurities on motor, and should be promptly removed.

 4. Vibrating screen structure damages, such as beam fracture, side panel cracking. This situation needs to check the bolts, spring and eccentric block, then repair it.
