Test During Commissioning
A commissioning test video for a wooden chips circular vibrating screen, which will be delivered to Thailand. After assembly, each set machine muct be test running in our workshop. During commissioning, the Quality Control Engineer will inspect each technical parameters, to guarantee the equipment be qualified.
What is the selection notice of rotary vibrating screen?
1.Size of working area: rotary vibrating screen is circular, sieve surface area will effect of screening yield, so screening efficiency and yield can be improved by increasing the screening area. So the size of the field is one of the keys to the vibration screening.
2.Material characteristics: material properties,flowability and size.
3.Construction material : because of the different sieving materials, the construction material is also different, for example: food, salt, sugar and other related food industries, the whole machine material is SUS304. One reason is that hardness,thickness and wear resistance of 304 material are better, besides, polished stainless steel is bright like a mirror, the surface is clean and health, maintenance is very convenient which do not affect the material quality after screening. If the material is chemical, metallurgical and other raw materials, you can choose Q235 material, which not only save cost but also not affect the use.
4.Screen mesh can be divided into two kinds: stainless steel and carbon steel.

What is the Helpful installation tips of vibrating feeders?
Vibrating feeder is generally used for evenly, regularly feeding, distributing bulk material in different production lines to guarantee the steady connecting between the upper and bottom equipment. When feeder model is small with little capacity, the drive device can be 2 sets vibrating moor; while the feeder model is large with heavy capacity, the driven device can be 2 sets motor and vibrating exciter. It will be selected according to the actual technical requirements.
In addition, vibrating feeder can be designed to be seated type or hanging type according to the on-site working condition and installation space.
When vibrating feeder is installed under the hopper or silo outlet, and there is no enough or suitable installation foundation for vibrating feeder, it can be hanged with hanging devices to save the installation space,which makes the equipment connecting more easier.
If the customers require seated type,vibrating feeder should be installed on embedded foundation.
If the material size is very small,similar like powder, dust etc. The vibrating feeder can be enclosed with dust hole and connect the dust collector in system to protect the environment.

What reasons lead to material accumulation phenomenon of vibrating screen?
Some customers said material accumulation phenomenon occurred in the use process of vibrating screen, according to many years of analysis experience, the reasons can be summed up in four aspects:
1.There is a problem of vibrating screen mesh selection, too small mesh will cause a low rate of material passing through the mesh.
2. Check whether the ground level of the vibrating screen is flat or not, besides,high material inlet will affect the material running track, resulting in material tilting to one side.

4.There is a problem on the vibration motor angle adjustment, improper angle adjustment of vibration motor will cause material accumulation, if the angle is small,the material will spread outward quickly on the sieve surface,while if the angle is large, the spreading speed will be slow. If you have strict requirements of screening accuracy, the angle can not be too small so as not to affect the screening precision. In general, the vibration motor angle of the vibrating screen is 45 degrees when leaves the factory.
Users can also change the vibration motor angle to 100 degrees according to the the special requirements of the material ,and then material will be concentrated to the central screen mesh.

How to choose the suitable vibration motor for the vibration machine?
Vibration motor has many types and models with a wide application,it is usually applied with the feeder, vibrating screen combination. The vibration motor is very important in the vibration machine. It directly determines the working efficiency of the vibration machine.The vibration mechanical vibration motor selection steps are as follows:
A.According to the operating requirements, confirm the required vibration of the frequency (r/min) and the amplitude Ym (mm).
Such as the six vibration motor (n=960r /min) can drive the vibration chute, vibration feeder, vibration mill, vibrating screen etc.
B.According to the structure of the vibration machine itself, get the vibration weight G (kg) and calculate the required vibration force Fm (N) .
C.According to the vibration of the operation to get Fm, you can get the model of the vibration motor, please pay attention to the exciting force FH is larger than Fm.
D.Design the overall structure, and calculate the actual vibration parameters, after the calculation, if the vibration motor is too large or too small, motor model should be re-selected.
E.Design of vibration isolation system.

Installation notice of circular vibrating screen punching mesh
General screen meshes include manganese steel woven wire mesh, punching mesh and stainless steel screen plate etc. Each kind mesh should be selected according to the on-site working condition. Today we will talk about the installation of punching screen mesh.
The punching screen mesh installation method for circular vibrating screen is the same with dewatering screen.
Generally speaking, the slurry dewatering screen is horizontally installed,however, in order to guarantee the application effect, the screen mesh is installed with a negative angle. The screen mesh can be polyurethane material with tension type installation, or stainless steel bar screen mesh with compression type to meet different working conditions.
The punching screen mesh installation method for circular vibrating screen is the same with dewatering screen.

What factors affect vibrating screen purchase?
Please consider the following factors when purchase vibrating screen
A.Physical property of the material
Including material particle size, shape, moisture content, bulk density ,property ,etc. When the particle size is fine and mesh size is small, the screen efficiency will be lower, we need to select larger model for same capacity; when the moisture content is big, in general, the screen efficiency will be lower. However,if the mesh size is bigger, the influence of moisture content will be less; when the material with corrosion property, the material contacts parts usually need to be SUS 304 or whole machine is SUS304.

In general, if the material do vertical movement on the screen surface (such as linear vibrating screen,etc), the screen efficiency will be higher and the capacity is larger. If the material do reciprocating movement on the screen surface (such as gyratory screen,etc),the screen efficiency and capacity will be lower.
For certain material, the screen efficiency and capacity rate are determined by the mesh size. The screen efficiency is determined by the screen surface length, the longer screen surface length is, the higher screen efficiency will be; the capacity rate is determined by the screen surface width, the bigger screen surface width is, the higher capacity rate will be.
C.Production condition
The screen efficiency will be lower when the load on the vibrating screen is big.Uniform feeding material also has a big influence on the screen efficiency. (For this question, PK Machinery designs a distributor above the inlet of vibrating screen to achieve uniform material feeding).
Only when we take all above factors into consideration,will we get a suitable vibrating screen that can meet our production efficiency.

How to Adjust the Excitation Force of Vibration Feeder?
Due to the errors of previous parameters that clients offer and the material granularity and processing capacity per hour of actual production, clients can adjust the motor excitation force according to the following description in order to change the capacity vibration feeder.
The shaft for each end of vibration motor has a fixed eccentric block and an adjustable eccentric block, you can adjust excitation force by adjusting the angle between fixed eccentric block and adjustable eccentric block according to the needs,see table 1 and table 2.

Please switch off the power before adjusting the excitation force of the vibration motor. Remember, when adjusting the excitation force, the two vibration motor eccentric block position should stay the same , in case of imbalance phenomenon,and causing damage to vibration feeder. So generally it needs 10 mins to adjust the excitation force, after that you can switch on the vibration motor and adjust the eccentric block angle.

How to Select the Driven Device for Linear Vibrating Screen ?
Linear vibrating screen can achieve dry and wet screening,and also can achieve automation work on the working site. Here PK Machinery will talk about the driven device selection for linear vibrating screen.
With regard to the material like ceramic, food, etc with small density,capacity and vibrating screen model, generally the screen surface length is <3000mm, screen surface width is <1200mm, and the weight of the vibrating screen is relative light, under such circumstances, the driven device of 2 sets vibrating motors rotate oppositely at the same time will be adopted. Motor installation on the bottom, upside or both sides of the screen equipment can be optional.
