Differences between the YK and YA circular vibrating screen

In general,YA and YK belong to circular vibrating screen series, YK series block type eccentric circular vibrating screen is updated products of YA axis eccentric circular vibrating screen.

Operation and Maintenance of YA Circular Vibrating Screen

1.Before starting up circular vibrating screen, please check whether the fastening bolts are loose or not, if there is looseness,please tighten at once.
2.Non-load running for 4 to 6 hours to achieve the requirements of smooth screen body , no yaw and abnormal sound , the vibrator bearing temperature is less than or equal to 75℃.
3.After non-load running, please tighten the screw bolt again.
4.Once the operation becomes normal, check the fixture condition of the fastening bolts regularly.
5.Check the wearing parts frequently, the damping spring which is damaged spring or without elasticity,please replace timely. If the screen occurs fracture or wear, please tighten or replace the spring at once. The adjustment,use and maintenance of vibration source, please refer to vibration source instructions. (please oil the vibration motor after using for 3 months, oil the exciter every month, repair every half year, overhaul every year).
6.Stop feeding the material before stopping running the machine, stop the machine after the material on screen surface are completely discharged. 

Daily Operation and Maintenance of Gyratory Screen

Gyratory screen (similar with Rotex screener) is a high precision standard of fine screening machine, which is mainly composed of screen box, driving device, screen frame, support and vibration damping device, gyratory screen structure is compact, it is mainly used in screening operation like chemical, food processing, refractory materials, building materials industries. Here PK Machinery will make a brief introduction of gyratory screen daily operation and maintenance:

 

1. check if all the components are normal, whether the fasteners are loose or not, especially the vibration motor; 
2. in the process of operation, please stop the machine at once and inspect if any abnormal sound is found , don not put into operation unless eliminate the failure; 
3. it is an initial stage that motor running accumulated within 100 hours, during this period, please fasten the foundation bolt regularly; 
4. you can shut down the gyratory screen after confirming the material inside the screen is empty ,so as to avoid material blockage; 
5. check the screen and clear the screen mesh regularly, check tension condition of screen mesh and see if there is degree; 
6. after about 200 hours of operation, please lubricate the vibration motor bearing, add lubricating oil inside the bearings, the grade is 1# calcium base grease.

Maintenance of Vibration Motors of the Linear Vibrating Screen

The Linear Vibrating Screen requires limited preventive maintenance. However, there are a few steps to follow to ensure years of trouble free service. In general, you need to complete a common sense inspection of the structure, vibration motors, and so on. On a daily basis. Daily inspection on the screens for wear or holes is needed. If damages occur, repair or replace as necessary. The vibrator motors must be greased with lubricating oil. Over greasing causes overheating of the bearings and this must be avoided. Besides, use only prescribed grease in vibrator motor. If different grease is used, vibrator can be damaged and warranty will be voided. Use only prescribed amount of grease to lubricate vibrator. Too much grease will cause the bearings to overheat and result in premature bearing failure.
