On 30th October, we received a feedback from a Kazakhstan customer that screen blockage occurred in the operation process of trommel screen,the screening effect is very poor. Meanwhile,we asked customer to send us the on site operation photographs and found out the blockage was caused by the high humidity screening material, here our engineers gives relevant solutions to prevent blockage as follows:
1.Set up an automatic cleaning brush on the top of trommel screen , thus the screen mesh will be cleaned automatically in the operation.
2.Equipped with air compressors, as screening material is sand which is slightly damp, so cleaning purpose can be achieved by air force.
3. Add an anti blocking device, through high frequency and small force of vibration impact, and match with elastic sieve surface, which can efficiently clean up the blockage to ensure qualified materials pass through the screen mesh smoothly under humid conditions.
Besides, you can also adopt the textile screen mesh which is made of 16Mn,with strong strength, good abrasion resistance and high screening efficiency, the service life of screen mesh can reach more than 2 years.

What should we notice when use linear vibrating screen for the first time?
Firstly, check if there is bolt looseness of the linear vibrating screen.
Secondly, remove four fixed plates of all the springs on the linear vibrating screen in order to protect the machine from scratch during transportation process.
Thirdly, read the manual carefully and check the components before testing the linear vibrating screen.
Besides,please also note the following important notes:
1.Since vibration motor works continuously, it needs to be filled with oil regularly .
2.Check if there is screen mesh damage when the machine stops working.
3.As some users may choose wood net rack, please also check if there is screen frame damage. Compared with steel net rack, the wood net rack is easy to replace screen mesh,however, the life span is much shorter.

Installation and Commissioning of YA Circular Vibrating Screen
1.Before installation,please refer to the installation drawing of concrete foundation, embedded anchor bolts or embedded steel plate ,the flatness error should be less than 3mm.
2.After the completion of installation, please check and adjust the levels of spring to make sure supporting position is under uniform stress. The motor axis should be 3-5mm lower than the axis of the vibrator, the height of support spring symmetric point should be equal (error ≤ 3 mm).
3. Each part of the vibrating screen should be firmly connected, all bolts should be tightened before start running.
4. Adjust the eccentric vibrator angle which can realize the adjustment of the excitation force, so as to adjust the amplitude of vibrating screen.
5. The distance between the vibrating screen and other obstacles should be less than 100mm.

2.Non-load running for 4 to 6 hours to achieve the requirements of smooth screen body , no yaw and abnormal sound , the vibrator bearing temperature is less than or equal to 75℃.
3.After non-load running, please tighten the screw bolt again.
4.Once the operation becomes normal, check the fixture condition of the fastening bolts regularly.
5.Check the wearing parts frequently, the damping spring which is damaged spring or without elasticity,please replace timely. If the screen occurs fracture or wear, please tighten or replace the spring at once. The adjustment,use and maintenance of vibration source, please refer to vibration source instructions. (please oil the vibration motor after using for 3 months, oil the exciter every month, repair every half year, overhaul every year).
6.Stop feeding the material before stopping running the machine, stop the machine after the material on screen surface are completely discharged.

What Should We Pay Attention to the Selection of Vibrating Screen Coupling
Vibrating screen coupling is commonly used in mechanical transmission components. It is used to put two shaft coupling together, a component which cannot separate with rotation and transmission torque of two shafts when the vibrating screen is running; only after the machine stop and after joint apart, two shafts can be separated. Coupling is a kind of standard part, when using we can choose coupling according to the requirements of national standards and the using requirements.
Because sliding pair is consist of half coupling and the middle plate, which can't occur relative rotation, therefore, angular velocity of the drive shaft and the driven shaft should be equal. But when there are relative displacement between the two shafts, middle plate will generate a lot of centrifugal force, which will increase the dynamic load and wear. Therefore when we choose coupling, we should pay attention to that working speed shall not be greater than the specified value.

What Screen is Used in the Feed Industry--the Gyratory Screen

The Operation Specification of Vibration Platform

1. Before installing the vibration platform, please lay a good foundation, then install it, when installation, the fixed bolts must be tightened.
2. Before test run the well-installed vibration table, first 3-5 minutes start-up to check all the fastening bolts, if loose, should be tightened.
3. In the process, concrete products should be firmly fixed on the vibration table, and be symmetrical with the platform to balance the load. Users can design their own vibrated product fastening device according to their needs.
4. Vibrator bearings should be inspected and cleaned regularly and maintain a good lubrication of the bearing to prolong the service life of the vibrator.
5. Vibration table should be reliable grounded to ensure safety.

Application of Dewatering Screen in Beneficiation Process of Potash Feldspar
Recently, most of manufacturers choose spiral classifier and pressure filter to dehydrate potash feldspar during dehydration process. But there are some disadvantages, spiral classifier cannot classify materials completely and pressure filter needs large investment. What’s more, if users adopt spiral classifier to deal with the separation of residue water during the production of potash feldspar, it will cause the finished materials containing too much water so that the materials cannot be dry heaping. It is found that if users adopt dewatering screen instead of spiral classifier, the water content of potash feldspar will be less than 15% after dewatering by dewatering screen and the materials can achieve dry heaping effect. Furthermore, it can increase recovery rate of finished products because the dewatering screen can elect fine sand which will lose caused by spiral classifier.

The Tin Powder Screening Problem for Ultrasonic Vibration Sieve
1.The output powder efficiency of ultrasonic vibration sieve is low, there is no finish powder or less after sieving, if this kind of situation appears, we need to check the performance of ultrasonic acoustic, whether it is due to the poor quality, resulting in screen mesh blockage, causing the finished powder cannot be sieved out.
2.Larger and smaller size of tin powder exceed the standard, when confronted with the problem, we first need to check screen mesh of ultrasonic vibration screen, uneven powder size mostly may be due to poor quality of screen mesh, aperture size is not same when manufacturers make the screen mesh, or some parts of screen mesh are damaged after long time use, here it requires us select standard and qualified screen mesh from the regular manufacturers, regular check of screen damage is also required.

Application and Difference of Shaft and Shaftless Trommel Screen
There are 2 kinds structure of trommel screen. One is trommel screen with shaft, the other is shaftless trommel screen. Generally both of them can be applied in some common bulk material, however, for material with special property, we must pay more attention to select a more suitable model according to the application working condition.
Trommel screen with shaft:
The drum is installed aslope on the main frame. The motor and gearbox connect the drum through a coupling and rotates around an axis. After the material fed into the drum, the material can move forward and rotate due to the inclination and rotation of drum. The qualified material will be discharged from the bottom hopper, and the unqualified material will be discharged from the end outlet. As the material rotates in the drum, which make the blocked material bounced out of the aperture to prevent the mesh blocking.
Trommel screen with shaft is generally used for screening granular material with large density, such as: sand, coal, limestone, fertilizer, compost and mineral, etc.

The shaftless trommel screen is installed horizontally. The drum is rotated driven by motor wheel gear or motor chain. Generally the rotate speed is very slow and the drum length can be designed longer, which can increase the screening efficiency. In the drum internal wall, there is a delivery plate ( sometimes screw type) to make the material move forward. The material which is larger than mesh size will be discharged at the end outlet, and the material which is smaller than mesh size will be discharged at the bottom discharge hopper. If the material is household garbage, we can also add a cutting tool, which can rive some plactis bags, etc.
Shaftless tromme screen is generally used for screeninig material with small density, such as: waste, wooden chips, activated carbon, fertilizer, construction material, chemical material, etc.

If the vibration amplitude around the platform is 5mm, the vibration amplitude in the center of the table can't be over 3mm.
