Difference between ultrasonic vibration sieve and ordinary rotary vibrating screen

Compared with rotary vibrating screenultrasonic vibration sieve is equipped with a ultrasonic generator, with self-cleaning function ,the mesh is not easy to block, it is no need to add bouncing balls and other anti blockage device. Ultrasonic screening system is composed of ultrasonic resonant power supply, oscillator and resonance ring. The ultrasonic resonant powder supply will generate longitudinal oscillating wave which will transmit to the resonance ring to produce a resonance, and then the vibration will be transmitted to the screen mesh evenly through the resonance ring. While material on the screen mesh does three dimensional vibration movement in the low-frequency, it will overlap the ultrasonic vibration which can prevent the mesh plug and improve the screening yield and screening quality. 
The performance characteristics of ultrasonic vibrating screen: it can sieve the heavy, light, ultra-fine, strong adsorption powder (almost all of the powder is effective) that ordinary rotary vibrating screen can’t sieve. Introduction of Conveyor Belt Water Scraper

Conveyor belt is the most commonly used material handling equipment, which is widely used in chemical, coal, iron & steel, metallurgy, mining industries, port, thermal power plant, etc. However, for conveyor belt which runs in the open air without cover hood, water scraper is a necessary accessory which is used to eliminate the stagnant water on the belt.
Water scraper mainly consists of support & frame, idler sets, axle, bearing block, connecting rod, crank, electric-hydraulic pusher, etc. The operation precondition of water scraper is conveyor belt non-loading running. In the operation, press roller, trough carrier idler, flat carrier idler, connecting rod and crank are workings as a rotary body, the electric-hydraulic pusher drives the press roller and trough carrier idlers in clockwise rotation, then the top of trough carrier idlers and flat carrier idlers are on the same tangent plane. Under the clamping pressure of press roller and carrier idlers, the belt is lifted up, and the water is discharged from both sides of the conveyor belt. Thus the shift between normal operation and water removal can be achieved through the rotation of rotary body. When the conveyor belt is in normal operation, the trough carrier idlers of water scraper are used as the part of conveyor belt, so the belt can pass through the water scraper smoothly.
This kind of water scraper has simple and reliable structure, which can avoid the belt damage. And it has the features of safe and reliable operation, long service life, easy installation and convenient maintenance.

Unbalance motors make the platform to oscillate. An oscillation insulating elastic suspension connects the top and bottom part of the platform. ► Operation and Maintenance: 
      A.Problems occurring in Vibratory Feeders
Four basic malfunctions that bring attention to vibratory feeders need to be concern:
    1.Declining feed rate due to low amplitude. This will occur gradually over a period of time.
    2.A dead spot in the bowl – parts will not feed past a certain point in the bowl, even though they are moving elsewhere in the bowl.
    3.Intermittent operation. The feeder will spontaneously run at excessive amplitude or possibly no amplitude without apparent cause. Included in this category is for a feeder not to work at all.
    4.Noise from the vibrating feeder.

       B.Overhaul and Readjustment of Vibratory Feeders
   Here are the methods to solve the problems:
       1.Remove the bowl, and clean the mating surfaces between the bowl and the top casting of the base.
      These surfaces can accumulate dirt, sometimes, and other material that will make it difficult to draw the bowl tightly down on the top casting of the base. These surfaces should be flat and clean. Using emery paper or a flat file is adequate to recondition the surface.
      2.Operating on one bank of springs at a time, loosen the springs top and bottom and remove them.
      Both ends of each springs, as well as the spacers and mounting surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned with either emery paper, a wire brush or glass bead shot peened.
    3.Examine each spring for cracks and corrosion
The cracks will always occur adjacent to the hole punched in either end, on this type of spring. Sometimes these cracks are not visible to the naked eye, and a simple test is to hit the spring on something solid (dropping it on the floor). Usually this will cause the spring to break thru.
    - Any pitted springs or spaces should be replaced.
    - Reassemble the springs and spaces in the manner in which they were prior to disassembly.
    - Draw up the screw snug.
    - Do this on each remaining banks of springs.

Lubrication of Rigid Impeller Feeder

Add sufficient 00# lithium lubricating grease to reducer of rigid impeller feeder,within 6-10 months of being put into use, the transmission and bearing parts of rotary valve should be replaced and the grease also need to be changed. If rotary valve works in a high ambient temperature, humid or too much air return, please shorten the time of changing the new grease.
During operation, please check the lubrication parts every month.
Above mentioned lubrication time is just the minimum requirements, detailed time should be flexible and depends on the operation condition.

Six factors influences screening efficiency of vibrating screen

Vibrating screen is one most important sieving equipment in mining, metallurgical, chemical and other industries In the actual operation, many factors may influence the screening efficiency, here PK Machinery will introduce as follows:

In the process of running, the platform vibrates strongly which will directly cause a large secondary vibration in the process of running which will make steel channel of motor bracket crack.

2. weight deviation of vibrator eccentric
Vibrator eccentric is to make the vibrating screen vibrate, its weight directly affects the vibrating amplitude value, if there is eccentric weight deviation, the vibration force will be scattered at running time, which is directly reflected on the screen body, and the amplitudes inconformity of each part, it will cause vibration sieve connection parts or welding joint cracking.

3. severe wear and deformation of outlet lining plate.
From wear condition of outlet side plate, soil and ore residue mixed and harden, during start-up and running processing, the vibrating screen vibrates and tamps constantly, soil becomes hardening and causes the soil and side plate striking.
4. crackle occurs on side plate and reinforcing rib crack, and the length is different.
Soil stuck seriously inside the outlet side plate, when vibrating screen works, soil compaction, and there will be a huge impact contact generated between vibrating screen and screen base frame. At the same time, it also seriously affects the linear motion of vibrating screen.

5. damping spring failure.
After using for a long time, the spring will occur permanent deformation due to the rubber aging or long-term stress which lead to the spring failure and vibrating amplitude inconformity of each part, causing the vibrating screen connection parts or welding joint cracking.
6. misalignment of eccentric plumb line and natural plumb line.
When install an exciter, after connecting the universal shaft coupling and exciter well, there will be misalignment of eccentric plumb line and natural plumb line due to the influence of the driving shaft torque which leads to eccentric rotation out of sync, and the inconformity of amplitude of vibrating screen each part, causing the vibrating screen connection parts or welding joint cracking.

The Introduction of rotary vibrating screen

► Introduction and working principle:Rotary vibrating screen is designed as a high-precision screening machinery. Round vibrating sieve is composed of vertical motor,and eccentric weight installed at two ends.We can produce horizontal, vertical, inclined motions by adjusting the upper and lower eccentric weight.Diameter can be ranged from 400mm to 2000mm, with single or multiple screening decks.

How to Solve the Noise Problem of Linear Vibrating Screen?

1.before start-up of linear vibrating screen, we should first check whether the bolts of every part are fastened properly or not, the purpose of fastening bolt is to make the parts more consolidated and reduce the unnecessary extra vibration during operation.
2. add rubber sheet on screen side plate, inlet, outlet and hopper to effectively inhibit the high frequency vibration and reduce the radiated noise. But in the actual production process of rubber ,due to heat and pressure ,it will transform or damage. So please check and replace after using a certain period of time.
3. adopt small elastic modulus ,low impact noise polyurethane sieve plate or rubber sieve plate instead of the punching steel sieve plate , rubber spring instead of steel spring.

4. damping treatment between inside and outside of the bearing housing, bearing roller can be made out to hollow roller or add some damping materials in the interior of the hollow roller.
5. Adopt flexible wheel disk gears instead of steel gears, which using rubber elasticity of gear wheel disk to transfer the torque, absorbing the vibration caused by engaging-in and engaging-out of the gear.
